Webcast to Cover Updates to IRS Employee Plans Programs
The agency is hosting a free webcast in which the determination letter program and new pre-approved plan document programs will be discussed.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will hold a webcast at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on September 17 to discuss updates to its employee plans programs.
Speakers for the webcast will discuss processing changes for determination letters, new pre-approved plan programs (employee stock ownership plans and cash balance), and the Form 5500 Permanent Late Filer program. Other updates will also be discussed.
